We offer a 2 day Cake decorating course for beginners. It is a practical course.
The following topics will be covered:
- Tools of the trade
- Edible icing (including Lace)
- Flooding Techniques
- Moulding with fondant
- Cut outs
- Cup cake fondant decorations and buttercream icing techniques
- Fondant Stamping
The course fee is R3250, and includes your manual, all ingredients, catering for the two days, as well as an Icing Kit.
The Icing Kit alone is worth approx R700.
